Q. How can I book accommodation at the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow?

A. For those delegates who have booked the complete conference package, this does include accommodation for the night of the 21st October and breakfast the following morning.

If you have booked a conference pass only, you are able to book accommodation in addition through our registration company, Taylor Bennett. They can be contacted via the booking hotline on + 44 (0)1462 490609.

Q.  What time can I check in to my hotel room at the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow?

A. Delegates staying at the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow are able to check in from 14.00 onwards, and must check out by 11.00am on the day of departure.

If you are arriving on the morning of Tuesday 21st October for the conference we ask that you check in at the dedicated desks in the main lobby. Concierge will drop your bags to your room once it becomes available, however you will need to pick up your key from the main reception once the conference finishes.

Q. When and where is the ICS Gala Networking Dinner?

A. The ICS Gala Networking Dinner is taking place on the evening of Tuesday 21st October 2008. It will be held in the Commonwealth Suite at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel Heathrow.

 The evening will commence with pre-dinner drinks at 19.15 in The Atrium, before moving through to the Commonwealth Suite for dinner at 8pm.

 Please note that if you are travelling from Heathrow Airport, the fastest method of transport from Terminals 1, 2 and 3 is the Heathrow Hotel Hoppa Coach C.

Q. Is there car parking on-site?

A. The Radisson Edwardian Heathrow has 2 car parks which can be used by delegates, one to the side of the hotel, and one at the back. The ICS Annual Conference 2008 has negotiated a discounted parking rate of £10.00 per 24 hours. In order to receive this rate you must pay for your parking at the Main Reception or Concierge desk.

Q. Is there a cloakroom for bags and coats?

A. There is a cloakroom located on the Mezzanine level of the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow, just below the main conference floor. The cloakroom will be manned from 8am – 6pm on both days of the conference. 

 Please note that the Radisson Edwardian Heathrow do not provide storage for laptops anywhere in the hotel, all bedrooms are fitted with safes however.
